Each complex on your ATOM device is a complete therapy session made up of a number of separate programmes. For example the 'DETOX - Basic Daytime' complex is made up of 25 programmes - Chakras, Aura restoration etc. Each programme is then itself made up of a number of separate frequencies that have been carefully curated to target specific areas or issues. For example 'Chakras' is made up of 7 frequencies. The frequencies in each programme in the complex run consecutively until the complex is complete.
To achieve desired results a course of therapy sessions in one complex is often required. Usually for a period of approximately 14-21 days however longer courses may be required for more chronic conditions. You can also safely run a complex a number of times in one day which will reduce the overall length of the course.
On receiving your device it is advised that you run the 'DETOX - Basic Daytimé' and 'DETOX Basic Night Time' for 21 days. By doing so you may experience unexpected improvements in symtoms, overall health and/or mental well-being and may alleviate the need to target certain issues specifically.
For specific issues you can use the device between diagnostic testing for example with a vega machine or blood tests. Usually a 1-2 month time frame, or under your practitioners recommendation. Alternatively for more general issues you can use the device until you notice results & or symptoms begin to subside.
It is advised that you take a break of a few days between therapy courses to allow your body & being a chance to recalibrate, you may notice additional shifts during this time.
We advise that during a therapy course you drink filtered water at a ratio of approximately 30ml per kilo of body weight to enhance the removal of toxins
from the body however other beverages can be consumed whilst the device is in use.
During a course of therapy sessions it is advised to keep a healthy, balanced diet eating light meals, little and often continuing to follow any nutritional advice offered by your healthcare professional.
It is safe to interact with other people & pets as usual whilst a complex is running as their exposure will not be consistent enough to cause an effect, also the beauty of bio-resonance is that if the structure or process being targeted does not exist within an individual, for example a pathogen, no effect is felt.
