Rinse the QELBY Ceramic Balls and fill the bottle or carafe with (tap) water. Place the bottle or carafe in front of any light source (sun, lamp etc.) to allow the somatids to absorb UV light.
Wait 30 minutes before drinking. Note: the QELBY will start radiating almost immediately and will build up strength over time. After 24 hours the balls have reached their maximum.
