MEET Megan
Megan Campbell is a Stress Resilience Coach and licensed HeartMath practitioner who has been supporting individuals and groups since 2015. Her work centres around helping people better understand and regulate their emotional and physiological responses to stress, using a combination of HeartMath techniques and biofeedback technology.
Through gentle, practical coaching, Megan supports both children and adults in building greater emotional resilience, improving self-awareness, and finding steadier ways to navigate anxiety, overwhelm, stress and low mood. Her sessions are designed to help people reconnect with a calmer, more coherent state, often described as “The Zone”, where the mind and body begin working more harmoniously together.
HeartMath combines science-backed breathing and emotional regulation techniques with real-time biofeedback technology, allowing people to visibly track changes within their nervous system and heart rhythm patterns. This creates a more tangible understanding of how stress affects the body, while also providing practical tools that can be used in everyday life.
Alongside her private coaching work, Megan also mentors newly qualified HeartMath coaches, helping them develop the confidence, technical understanding and practical skills needed to integrate HeartMath into their own professional work.
Megan works with individuals aged 7 years and upwards, offering both one-to-one and small group sessions.
