MEET NIKKI
Nikki left London corporate life over 20 years ago to bring up her two children she later trained as an alternative practitioner. With years of experience Nikki uses EFT, incorporating Integrated Energy Techniques: including NLP, coaching, indirect hypnosis, cognitive psychotherapy and psycho spiritual approaches.
Nikki is a Member of EFT International and practices in accordance with their professional standards and code of ethics. She has undertaken additional trauma training, which informs the safe and paced way she works.
Nikki ‘s work is grounded, compassionate, and respectful of where you are now. She doesn’t believe in fixing people or pushing through at all costs. She believes in listening to the nervous system, working gently with the subconscious, and creating space for ease and self‑trust to return.

NLP Coaching
NLP helps identify and shift subconscious patterns such as:

- internal pressure to keep going
