We will discuss your health issues in detail according to Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to assess the imbalances in the body and how these may be gently restored.

I provide a pack of simple acupressure tools in advance of your appointment and talk you through applying these, checking you have the correct positioning and are activating the acupressure point. Acupressure stimulates the body’s natural ability to regulate and repair in the same way acupuncture does.

Depending on your health issue you will receive a personalised Qi Gong ‘prescription’ which we will practice together. These are simple bodily movements and breathwork designed to release blockages and boost the body’s energy. You can then continue to use both of these between sessions.

Your session will also include naturopathic advice based on your health condition, this might include suggestions for diet, supplements to try and lifestyle advice. These will be based in Traditional Chinese Medicine’s ‘Yang Sheng’ Healthy Living advice, working particularly with the ancient wisdom of adjusting our lifestyles seasonally.
