Delivery and returns
SHIPPING IS FULFILLED THROUGH ARK DIRECT - these are their terms
Domestic Orders (United States only) – All domestic orders are handled within 72 hours via USPS Priority Mail and require a signature upon delivery. Please except delivery within 3 to 5 business days (excluding public holidays).
International Orders (all countries except the Unites States) – All international orders are handled within 72 hours via UPS. Customs and fees must be fully paid before orders are delivered. You can either pay estimated customs and fees at checkout or when it arrives. Please except delivery within 5 to 10 business days (excluding public holidays).
RETURNS
Ark offer a refund within the first 14 days after delivery of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since delivery, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind. Thus, please make sure to notify us of your return request within 14 days after delivery of the item(s) – shipment tracking behind the proof.
Eligibility for refunds
Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with all its components.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
The ARK warranty
Ark offer a lifetime warranty - which covers the charged effect of the serialised ARK Crystals.
Any manufacturer defects with the ARK Crystal products are covered for 1 year.
Please note that we are not liable for any damage caused by neglect or misuse, including exposing the crystal to humid environments or water (creating rust), nor are we liable for the wear and tear effect time has on our products.
For any warranty claim, please email ARK at support@arkcrystals.com following the below instructions:
Include “Warranty claim” in the subject line of the email.
Add the order number in the email along with the date of purchase.
Please also briefly detail the reason for the warranty claim.
