meet dawn
Dawn has worked within holistic health and complementary therapies for nearly 30 years. Her journey into natural medicine began after developing rheumatoid arthritis at the age of 21, an experience that deeply shaped both her understanding of chronic health and the compassionate way she now supports others. After experiencing the profound impact natural therapies had on her own wellbeing, she dedicated herself to studying and exploring approaches that help the body and mind move back towards balance.
Originally training as a Homeopath with the College of Homeopathy in London, Dawn’s curiosity and ongoing search for deeper answers led her to further training in nutrition, HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis), meditation, biofeedback therapy using the Life System machine, neurodevelopment work, naturopathy, Reiki and coaching therapies. Her clients often describe her as a fountain of knowledge and wisdom, valuing both her depth of understanding and her calm, grounded approach.
At ATTA, Dawn focuses her work around two core offerings: Biofeedback Therapy and Mindfulness Meditation.
Her biofeedback sessions are a unique fusion of all her experience and training, combining biofeedback, homeopathic understanding, naturopathic therapies and coaching skills into one deeply personalised session. Using the Life System machine alongside her extensive holistic background, Dawn helps clients explore areas of stress, imbalance and energetic overload within the body, while offering supportive and practical guidance tailored to the individual. Her approach is always person-centred, recognising that every person’s pathway back to balance is different.
Alongside this, Dawn has taught meditation for nearly 20 years. Her sessions are centred around guided visualisations, healing solfeggio frequencies, nature sounds and deeply calming music designed to help the nervous system settle and unwind. These meditative journeys create a safe and restorative space where people can begin to let go of stress, tension and emotional overload, helping the body move more naturally into a state of rest and repair.
Students often describe Dawn’s meditation sessions as uplifting, nurturing and deeply restorative, frequently commenting on the soothing quality of her voice and the sense of calm they leave with afterwards.
