Greg is a passionate movement coach with a long-standing interest in health, fitness and helping people feel better in their bodies.
With years of personal experience in training, movement practice and understanding how the body responds to modern lifestyles, he has developed a real appreciation for the role mobility and stretching play in overall wellbeing.
His journey into this work came from seeing how many people were working hard to improve their health, yet still feeling stiff, restricted, uncomfortable or disconnected physically. He recognised that for many, the missing link was not doing more, but moving better.
Greg is passionate about helping people move better, feel freer, and reconnect with their bodies through the power of stretching and mobility.
In a world where so many people spend long hours at desks, in cars, or repeating the same daily patterns, stiffness, tightness and discomfort have become incredibly common. Many people focus on exercise, training or nutrition, yet overlook one of the most important foundations of feeling well how the body moves.
Greg believes stretching and mobility are often the missing piece of the puzzle.
'When the body moves well, everything tends to feel better. Energy can improve, posture can change, tension can ease, breathing often becomes deeper, and everyday life can feel lighter and more comfortable. Whether it is tight hips, aching backs, rounded shoulders, restricted movement or simply feeling “stuck” in the body, small consistent changes can create a powerful difference.'
