If you need to use your ATOM for extended periods of time, we recommend buying a power bank, which will not only charge your ATOM but also give you the option to use the device24/7. Do not use your ATOM while plugged into the mains.

Please note the ATOM occasionally will need a re-boot using the magnets included in the packaging. This is not a fault and the machine is note broken.

Attention! The ATOM can be used at any time, day or night. It is safe for children when supervised by an adult and suitable for pets. An age limit of 12 years is recommended, as younger children or those with autism may have difficulty expressing how the therapy affects them and could experience confusion.

The Biophotonic device includes a comprehensive 12-month warranty covering repairs for non-accidental damage and battery failure at no cost during this period.

If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at support@atta.life with a description of the problem. We will verify if the device is still under warranty and provide you with a form to complete and send back along with your Biophotonic device. Our repair team will then assess the device to ensure the issue is not due to accidental damage. If the issue is determined to be covered by the warranty, we will handle the repair and cover the return postage.

However, if accidental damage is found to be the cause, repair costs and return postage will be billed to the customer.

Modes The ATOM offers two modes of operation: Mode One is designed for use with the body, and Mode Two is intended for use with the head. In both modes, the device can be carried in the included pouch or placed in a pocket. Mode Two is configured to support interaction with brainwave and nervous system activity when directed towards the head. At the end of each complex name, the recommended mode is indicated for guidance. The ATOM can be positioned approximately 20–30 cm away from the body or head. For example, it may be placed on a desk while working or on a bedside table during rest. The initial scan feature should be completed before beginning a complex. Complex Selection A therapy session refers to a single run of a selected complex, for example a daytime detox complex. If appropriate, multiple sessions can be used throughout the day depending on the length of the chosen complex and personal schedule. Consistency is often recommended when working with frequency-based protocols. Individual responses may vary depending on personal goals and overall wellbeing context.

The ATOM incorporates Multi-Frequency Synchronisation (MFS) technology, which includes an initial scan function designed to assess resonance interaction prior to running a complex. As the body’s frequency patterns naturally fluctuate, the device is designed to adjust its output in real time based on this scan, supporting a more personalised frequency delivery process. To activate the scanning feature in Mode One or Mode Two, hold the device with the back facing the body or head at a distance of approximately 20–30 cm (8–12 inches) for 7–8 seconds. The Omni Antennas are located on the back of the device. A brief sound indicates that the scan has been completed and the selected complex can begin.
