If you need to use your ATOM for extended periods of time, we recommend buying a power bank, which will not only charge your ATOM but also give you the option to use the device24/7. Do not use your ATOM while plugged into the mains.

Please note the ATOM occasionally will need a re-boot using the magnets included in the packaging. This is not a fault and the machine is note broken.

Attention! The ATOM can be used at any time, day or night. It is safe for children when supervised by an adult and suitable for pets. However, it should not be used by individuals with pacemakers or during pregnancy. An age limit of 12 years is recommended, as younger children or those with autism may have difficulty expressing how the therapy affects them and could experience confusion.

The Biophotonic device includes a comprehensive 12-month warranty covering repairs for non-accidental damage and battery failure at no cost during this period.

If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at support@atta.life with a description of the problem. We will verify if the device is still under warranty and provide you with a form to complete and send back along with your Biophotonic device. Our repair team will then assess the device to ensure the issue is not due to accidental damage. If the issue is determined to be covered by the warranty, we will handle the repair and cover the return postage.

However, if accidental damage is found to be the cause, repair costs and return postage will be billed to the customer.

Modes: The ATOM device offers two modes of operation: Mode One is designed for the body, and Mode Two is intended for the head. In both modes, the ATOM can be carried in the included carry pouch or a pocket. However, Mode Two has a greater impact on brain waves when directed at the head. At the end of each complex name, you will find the recommended mode for the therapy selection. The ATOM device can be positioned 20–30 cm away to target the body or head. For example, it can be used while working at a computer by placing it on a desk, or while sleeping by placing it on a bedside table. The initial scan feature is still required. Complex selection: A therapy session is a one time session of a specific complex for eg detox daytime.If necessary, you can have several sessions a day, depending on the length of the complex chosen and your available time. To achieve the desired results, multiple therapy sessions per day may be required.Results can vary from person to person, depending on individual goals.

For optimal results, it is recommended to use the Detox day/night complex for at least 8 weeks before proceeding to more targeted complexes. For example, removing heavy metals from the body can be a slow process due to toxin storage and the time required for the body to eliminate them. In contrast, treatment for simpler issues like headaches or toothaches can yield results within 30 minutes to a few hours. You can then combine multiple therapy complexes simultaneously, as needed. Depending on how your body responds to the therapy, it may be beneficial to take a break for a few days between sessions.

The ATOM device scans the body using Multi-Frequency Synchronisation (MFS) technology, identifying the organism’s resonance absorption frequency field. As our body’s frequencies continuously vary, the ATOM device adapts in real-time to these changes, ensuring a consistent and appropriate frequency of influence. This adaptability allows corrective frequencies to penetrate the body more efficiently and without hindrance or overload. To use the ATOM scanning feature in modes 1 or 2, first turn the device so its back is facing you at a distance of 20-30 cm (8-12 inches) for 7-8 seconds. The antennas are located at the back of the device, which is why it needs to face you in this orientation. During this time, wait for a bleep sound, indicating that the Omni Antennas are activated and the scanning process is taking place.
