ZE’EV FROM MAYU 00:00
I've just gathered a lot of knowledge from many people around me, and especially from nature and try to kind of bring it to the table, because this is something that brings me so much joy, and I wish to share it with the world.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 00:15
I know. I start maybe with how I've started my journey, and then talk about the qualities of moving water, and if you have a question then you can ask. So, my journey started when my first daughter was born, 10 years ago, and I had to give her the first glass of water, which was kind of a ha moment for me.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 00:49
Because I didn't know which water should I give her, if the water in the tap are good enough, should I bring a bottle of water, should I filter, should I boil it? And I think many people are asking themselves these questions these days, and for me it's been a long, long journey of a lot of studying, a lot of measurement, a lot of research to really find the solution.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 01:12
And so I'll be happy to share it with you in five minutes, like a very short, 10 years and five minutes.

ATTA 01:22
Yeah, thank you.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 01:25
So water is a very simple molecule, but an amazing one. Okay, so it's much more than H2O when you actually look at it. And one of the best places to start is with an inventor, an engineer, and a scientist that I really appreciate named Victor Schaubiger, that have studied water all his life and had a very interesting understanding of it.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 01:54
Victor Schaubiger has altered the fact he learned by himself by observing, mimicking, and copying nature. And so we tried to walk in the same kind of path to create really, really good water at the point of views.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 02:11
In our perspective, you have to really understand how nature does it and mimic its path. In nature, water is created in roughly in three steps. Step number one, purification. It purifies the water completely when the sun evaporates water from the oceans and rivers into the sky.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 02:31
All that is not water stays down and in the clouds you have pure H2O. This is step number one. The other two steps is when the raindrop starts to fall, it starts to observe minerals and air, oxygen, CO2 from the atmosphere.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 02:52
And then other nutrients on the surface and also above underneath the ground. So this is the aeration step when it gets air inside and mineralization. We tried to do all these three steps in order to bring into our home the quality of natural water.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 03:11
So we purify the water, then we put it in the myoswirl. We aerate and restructure it, and then we add minerals in the same composition as you can find in natural minerals, the natural springs. So, but I think in this episode, we'll try to really dive in into the restructuring, into the vortex, the aeration and restructuring what happens, it's the second stage and what happens in the myoswirl.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 03:42
So actually when you look at water, you have to look at the full spectrum of water. So you have like the physical aspect, the chemical aspect, the biological aspect, and the organoleptic or how we feel it as humans.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 03:58
Because it's also happy to enjoy what we're doing. So we start from the physical aspect. In the physical kind of prisma, when you look at water, it's an interesting molecule that is a V shape. You have one oxygen, two hydrogen, and it's polar.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 04:19
So it's like magnets. These, they can connect one to each other in many, many different ways. And this is called the clustering or the structure of the water. So when you take these many, many, many, many small magnets and push them in long, long, long, long lines, you break their connection to each other.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 04:44
And so it's like a pile. And when water is flowing in rivers, and they're always swirling, they always have these small vortex. If you look closely at a flowing river, you see big vortex that goes, it makes all the water river itself goes like this.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 05:01
But many, many small above each stone around each corner, you see small, small vortex. And these, in nature, everything has a purpose. If you look deep inside, you can see really, really what it does.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 05:15
And these movements are restructuring the water all the time, are moving these small elements and building these beautiful fractals and crystal, as we know of water. So after water has been pushed in these straight lines, forced into and then go out of the faucet, their structure is broken.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 05:39
We want to restore it. And so we keep them in motion, this natural swirling motion. And this puts all the molecule back together in the right shape. In the chemical level, there is a component in the water.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 05:55
We talked about oxygen. So in these long pipes, there is no oxygen. The water cannot breathe. When we keep the water in motion, like in the waves or like in the river, then new air can come inside. And the old air that is in the water can go outside.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 06:12
There is a transformation of gas from inside and outside of the water. So the water is really breathing. And it brings a lot of oxygen in and CO2 and other elements that it doesn't need. It takes out.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 06:25
This breathing process is called aeration. It's a very known process in industry, but until now they didn't do it inside their home, which is crucial. There's also the releasing of the CO2 from the water, also rise the pH level, which makes it a bit sweeter in a way.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 06:49
So this is in the chemical level. In the chemical level, we are saturating the water with oxygen, balancing it as it is in rivers, and taking all the volatile compounds that we don't want out, letting them breathe.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 07:05
And then you have the biological level. In the biological level, water that is in motion doesn't let microorganism grow as they grow when water is still. Because microorganisms, they always grow in colonies and these shearing forces of the vortex doesn't let the colony kind of flourish.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 07:28
So even if you're using water, which we recommend without chlorine, if you filter the chlorine out, then the water that you have are living water. They don't have this poison in, then microorganism will flourish inside.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 07:44
The way to keep them fresh and alive is again, keeping that motion. So this simple action, you can see how genius nature is. This simple action has so many influence, so many different characters on the water.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 08:02
All these ends up in the way we taste it. And this is another thing that I discovered about water, how delicate our tongue is in understanding the different qualities of water that we can really taste the difference of the erasure of the structure.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 08:17
So people, and we did a lot of double blind tests, giving people to taste the same water just in cups and they don't know if it was a swirl or not. And we asked them the difference.

ATTA 08:31
Bye. Yeah. Double -blown please, myself.

ATTA 08:34
with my daughter and she was stuffing them every time.

ATTA 08:38
Every time, it's well -matched.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 08:41
Yeah, no, I mean, I couldn't believe it myself. I mean, I was thinking, how can this, our logic mind doesn't grab it that if you just swore water, you change it. In wine, people understand it. Yeah, before they drink wine, they aerate it.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 08:59
And they like, it's kind of well known. If you know making bread, then you know that the movement of the bread brings the structure to the dough. But in water somehow, because it's transparent and we don't see it, we kind of think it doesn't matter.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 09:18
But the the aeration process does make the water a bit sweeter and the texture a bit more silky because of the restructuring of the water. But I think the most important thing, I mean, there's two most important things for me in the swirling motion of the water.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 09:44
One is the hydration of your cells. Because when you drink water, everybody knows that hydration is very important. It's good for your immune system, for the function of all your organs, for the skin, for everything.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 09:59
But just in taking water is not enough because you don't wanna get yourself hydrated. You wanna get your cells hydrated. And the way water goes in the cell is also a miracle. Okay, something very, very fantastic to see.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 10:14
Water has few different ways that it enters the cell. But one way is a rapid way. It's a fast way that water can come in and out. And this is through micro -pouring. Very small kind of channels that the molecule of water can go one by one.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 10:31
Only molecules of water. Even if you have smaller or different molecules than that, it doesn't go through. And these channels are also in a spiral way inside. And they have this kind of polarity. Anyway, it's something fantastic.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 10:49
You can check it out, micro -pouring in the water cells, in the body cells. But structured water is built in such, it's organized. And so the water can really go through in and out easily. While if you're drinking unstructured water, like regular tap water, then you can feel that you drank enough.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 11:10
But most of the water won't, or I don't know how much percent, but water won't go in the cell as efficiently as structured water does. So this is one thing that is, I think really can improve the hydration.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 11:24
And the second thing is our appreciation to water. Because water is really a living being. And we all, I used to drink water without thinking about it, without appreciating it. And just to have the water getting its place in the middle of the table, and for people to look at it and say, wow, this is beautiful, or this is an element of good quality.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 11:53
Admiring this substance that give us life, then the water reacts to us also when we drink it. So this is even something that is, you don't need this swirl. I mean, everybody that listened to this, even if you just look at your glass of water and appreciate and look at it, I do believe that it will benefit your enjoyment and your health better.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 12:17
And if you do all the changes that we described, by swirling, so you have the physical, the chemical and the biological benefits, then you can even improve it more.

ATTA 12:33
amazing. Actually, I must just say that my son Stanley, seven at the moment, he sits and stares at the side hall. It used to be the bath plug. The user used the bath to see the whirlpool, but now he will climb up on a ladder where we've got this as well because we're like, don't break it.

ATTA 12:52
It is like a piece of art. It is piece of art. So you appreciate it through the beauty. And so he's already doing that through, which is that's amazing. And I can feel your passion for water through the screen.

ATTA 13:11
Thank you. And as you said, it's having that connection. The Ze’ev from MAYU is like a piece of art and it is encouraging that connection with the water, as well as all these magnificent and beautiful benefits of turning that water back into living water again, just as she intended, just as nature intended it to be.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 13:30
Exactly.

ATTA 13:32
as a focal point on the table as well.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 13:35
I don't know if it's a piece of art or a piece of nature that can kind of Yeah, because that's it. Because we tried to like step out of the way, yeah, in the design of it. Kind of really give the focal to the water.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 13:52
And I think it's like staring on fire, yeah. There is this thing when you stare at something that has its natural movement, but it's that is a, I mean, in our art kind of in their shallow mind, we say, ah, it's nice.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 14:11
Yeah, we feel kind of nice. But this is this experience is profound. It's much more than nice. It's a connection that it's above words. So we don't have the right words to experience what happens to us when we look at fire or at a flowing river or flowing water.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 14:31
But this connection with the elements of nature with the basic elements of life. I mean, water is much more than a substance. It's really one of the core element and looking at natural movement touches us in a way that I feel in our days where we live in cities and in home is really missing.

ZE’EV FROM MAYU 14:54
So I'm happy to bring this back to this simple experience that back in the days, most of us probably had of sitting next to a river and staring at it and bringing it back home and letting our children also enjoy this simple act of staring at water.

ATTA 15:15
and the relationship with Water again.

ATTA 2 15:19
Thank you so much there. Thank you. It's very short and sweet, but watch out for a longer chat with their very series. Very soon.
